KWIC – workplace innovation

The purpose of these activities is to provide a guidance pathway to organisational change in companies, setting up self steering teams, in order to create entrepreneurial behaviour among staff, increasing staff engagement, motivation, flexibility and productivity.

Key concepts such as quality, customer satisfaction, work process, work planning, integrity and peer support (KWIC) are on the basis of the development of 17 tools companies can use to implement self steering teams.

2-day workshops (June 2011)
18-months guidance programme (June and September 2011) – learning networks with 6 companies per group
Individual guidance – up to 2 years

Status

Completed : KWIC roadshows : reached 300 companies
In progress : Learning networks for 4 target groups :
SME’s, education, health sector and government (March 2011 – November 2011) – 4 ½ day workshops
In progress : team coach training (2,5 days) – April 2011
Not started : 2-days workshop, 18-months guidance (from June 2011 on)
